Child Friendly Investigation Studio – A room that may be set up in a hospital or health clinics where child sensitive investigative interviews may be conducted with child victims or witnesses of abuse. This aims to facilitate successful prosecution of the case.

Information Technology Literacy Program for Out-of- School Youth and Youth with Disability (SCALA Program) – A community based basic computer literacy program that aims to enhance the employment opportunities of disadvantaged youth. It includes installation of training facility with appropriate equipment. The program is implemented in partnership with the Engineers without Borders of Canada and the local government units.

Group Home for Older Street Children – A residential facility within a community that provides alternative home arrangement for rehabilitated male street children ages, 16-21 years old. It has 8 to 10 persons living together under the supervision of a social worker from the local government unit or non-government organization.

- Clientele: Male street children aged 16 to 21
Special Drug Education Program (SDEC) – A community-based facility which serves as venue to equip the OSY and street children with knowledge and life-coping skills to prevent drug and substance abuse.
- Pilot Site: Region V & National Capital Region
- Clientele: Out-of-school youth and street children
Half-Way Home for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) – A residential home that provides 24-hours, aftercare services to CICL. It is managed by youth who have completed their rehabilitation process from the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY).

- Clientele: Children in Conflict with the Law
Character Building Program in Residential Care for Children and Youth – This builds the character of children and youth by training them on character-building. Those trained become character coaches who conduct sessions on character qualities to other children and youth.

Rehabilitation Services for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL)
- DSWD provides a package of rehabilitation services through its residential care facilities such as the Regional Rehabilitation Center (RRCY), National Training School for Boys and National training for Girls (Marillac Hills) to enable CICL to improve their social functioning. This aims to reintegrate CICL with their families and the community. These services include psycho-social care, educational, homelife, dietary, health,, recreational, and other cultural activities and spiritual enhancement.
